Lots of changes are happening now at the project - last Friday was the last day of work for Andrés Rea. Andrés makes a significant step in his career, taking up a four-year fully-funded doctoral position at the University of Gent, where he will be writing a PhD thesis on benefactors in Late Antiquity.
We are deeply grateful to Andrés for nearly 1,5 year which he spent in Warsaw. Being the youngest member of our team, he brought in exceptionally hard and systematic work. His expertise on the formulae of Greek inscriptions, and assessments of the workshops of western Asia Minor allowed for a significant progress of the project. We will miss him a lot but it is also always a pleasure to see our colleagues moving on in their lives and getting opportunities they deserve. Furthermore, Andrés will be still partly involved in some of the project's activities in 2025, such as the organization of a panel at the International Medieval Congress in Leeds.
